【帰国のお知らせ】PEETU MÄKINEN 選手

Hello everyone!
I suppose this is a farewell message for now.
Sadly I won’t continue here next season, but i want to share some words with you.

When Edo contacted me after a lackluster season in Europe and talked about this project, I found myself in a surprising, yet exciting situation.
The more he told me about this place, people and culture what is inside and around the team, more I looked forward to start working with everyone.

When I came to Japan and Asahikawa to join the team and right after the first days of my arrival, everyone treated me like family and I’m very thankful for this opportunity what has been this year.

I found a new fire inside of me, and that’s because of all of your support.

I think we can keep our heads high and be proud of what we have accomplished together.
Rising to V1 has been a lot of work, but we came to the gym everyday, did our physical training well and looked at the video how we can improve daily and approach V1 level.

In the end we were looking more and more like a team that can compete with the top teams in Japan, so I think we deserve our accomplishments this year.

Thank you Voreas community for taking me in and treating me as one of your own.
Whatever the future holds out I will hope for the best! Hope to see you soon 💪🏻

これはお別れのメッセージになるかと思います。
来シーズンもここにいるわけではないので、皆さんに伝えたいことがあります。

ヨーロッパでのシーズンが終わった後、エドから連絡があり、このプロジェクトの話を聞いたとき、私は自分自身が驚きながらも、わくわくしていることに気づきました。
この場所、人々、そしてチームの内外の文化について聞けば聞くほど、みんなと一緒に仕事をするのが楽しみになっていました。

チームに加入するために日本、そして旭川に来たとき、そして到着した直後から、みんなが私を家族のように扱ってくれて、この機会を与えてくれたことにとても感謝しています。

自分の中に新たな炎を見出すことができたのは、皆さんの応援のおかげです。

私たちは自信を持って、一緒に成し遂げたことを誇りに思うことができると思います。
V1への昇格は大変なことでしたが、毎日ジムに通い、フィジカルトレーニングをしっかり行い、ビデオを見て日々改善し、V1レベルに近づくことができました。

最終的には、日本のトップチームと戦えるようなチームになりつつあったので、今年の目標を達成できたと思います。

私を仲間として受け入れてくれたVOREASコミュニティに感謝します。
この先、どんなことがあっても、私はベストを尽くしたいと思っています！またお会いしましょう 💪🏻
